The room of the restaurant, dating back to 1400 and recently renovated with nautical style furnishings, presents itself as a structure wholly made of trachyte, a typical stone of the area, which makes the environment unique and sophisticated. In a refined and friendly atmosphere, the restaurant staff awaits you to offer you many fish-based specialities prepared according to tradition thanks to always fresh ingredients selected with the utmost attention. In a characteristic environment, such as the large main room made entirely of stone, the Il Bounty Restaurant offers a menu full of fish-based specialities based on a cooking concept that draws its inspiration from the seasonality of the products. This allows us always to provide customers with tasty and genuine dishes with lutely unique and unmistakable flavours. Among these delicacies are black spaghetti with sea scent, linguine with sea urchins and fish ravioli and other types of stuffed pasta, entirely homemade with a fish-based filling and other seasonal ingredients.
