The "Su Nuraghe" restaurant was born in 1979 and built by the Speziga family, undertaking catering activities in Castelsardo since 1960. For over thirty years, they have been valorizing the area's products to transform them into authentic delicacies for the palate. The restaurant's strong point is precisely the shellfish and fish from the Gulf of Asinara, surrounded by a vast choice of fresh seafood and the best wines on our island. Specializing in fish cuisine, it is famous for its soups, including lobster soup (a winning dish in a review), Castellana style fish soup, with a recipe handed down and perfected from generation to generation, then the soups or fregole di spider crab, lobsters, crabs. Situated on a hill, you will feel as if you have Castelsardo at your feet; as you taste our renowned and genuine appetizers, your gaze will be enchanted by the view of the Gulf of Asinara, which extends until you glimpse the Corsican mountains and the beautiful island of Asinara.
